Felicia Watts

Memorial services for Felicia Shoals Watts, 61, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hammond Heights Church of God, Brother Ray Owens will officiate.

Felicia Shoals Watts was born on December 1, 1956 to Hope and O.D. (Burris) Shoals in Grant, Oklahoma. She was the eleventh of thirteen children born to this union. She went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 7, 2018.

Felicia attended elementary and high school at Grant, Oklahoma. In 1990, she left the Hugo area and moved to Muskogee, Oklahoma, where she met the love of her life, Lincoln Watts. They married on December 19, 1997.

While in Muskogee, Felicia joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church under Pastor Ralph Boyatti. Felicia worked at Georgia Pacific as a machine operator for approximately 5 years. In May, 2012, the family relocated to Ada, Oklahoma.

Felicia was content being away from the 'crowd'. She found great enjoyment in her family, traveling, watching action movies, listening to old school music, and casinos. She also enjoyed sewing and was a volunteer seamstress at the Chickasaw Nation Senior facility, Ada, OK.

Felicia was preceded in death by both parents and four brothers, Elder Charles Frazier, Harry Shoals, Elmus Frazier and Michael Frazier.

Felicia leaves to her loving memory: her husband, Lincoln Watts, of the home; four sons: Gaylon Frazier of St. Louis, MO, Douglas Wayne Blunt of Tulsa, Ok, George Pugh of Ada, OK and Victor Shaw Watts of Ada, OK; two daughters: Tynecia Blunt of Ok. City, OK and Geri Pugh of Ada, OK; eight grandchildren: Gerlicia Blunt, DeQuint Blunt, Leon Larkpor, Malik Simpson, Trinitee Blunt, Tristyn Blunt, Omia Milton and Payten Pugh; and one great granddaughter: Emily Hyland; five brothers: James Frazier, Keith Frazier, Dale Shoals, Benny Burris and Delmus Frazier; three sisters: Brenda Frazier, Bobbie Frazier and Karen (Ricky) McDonald; one aunt: Ensie Carrethers; brothers & sisters in law: Carolyn Cox, Larry Watts (Diane), Dianna Willis (Donald), Ensie Drumgo (Willie), Coluah Stanfield, Lillian Ray (Tim), James Wade Watts, Donald Watts (Julie), Vanessa Roland, Lynn Watts (Melissa), Joe Watts (Dee), Tia Johnson, Theodora Watson, Tamara Carrethers and Sandra Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
