EVA REEVES
EDMOND-Services for Eva Nancyline Reeves, 84, Edmond, formerly of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada, Chaplain Kevin Strum will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada.
Mrs. Reeves died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at her son's home in Edmond. She was born August 21, 1927 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to David Wiley and Sarah Emma Curtis Cast. She graduated from high school and attended college.
She married Billy Roy Reeves on April 1, 1944 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1992 in Ada. Mrs. Reeves was the owner of a convenience store and had formerly owned and operated the Western Union Store in Ada.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Horton and her husband Rodney of Roff; four sons, Steve Reeves and his wife Linda of Edmond, David Reeves and his wife Mun of Lawton, Joe Reeves and his wife Anne of Ada, and Troy Reeves and his wife Mindy of Edmond; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a son, Roy Don Reeves.
Bearers will be David Reeves, Joe Reeves, Dale Reeves, Ethan Hickerson, Troy Reeves, Brad Reeves and Rodney Horton.
