EUELL LYNN BOLIN

Private graveside services for Euell Lynn Bolin, 76, of Broken Arrow, formerly of Ada, will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada on 2/05/21.

Euell passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Tulsa, OK. He was born to Johnny and Emma Agee Bolin on September 30, 1944 in Ada, OK. He was a lover of bluegrass and country music and played the guitar and Banjo.

Euell attended grade school at Vanoss and high school at Ada High where he played basketball. He joined the Air Force at age 17 in 1962 and obtained his GED during his service. Euell retired in 1982 with a rank of Master Sergeant. During his military career he served two tours in Vietnam and was awarded numerous medals including Bronze Star, Vietnam Service medal and Air Force Commendation Medal.

In later years Euell worked for the Oklahoma Blood Institute in Ada.

He married Barbara Ann Arnold September 25, 1982 in Sulphur, OK.

Survivors include his daughter, Selena Bolin and granddaughter, Breanna Bolin, both of Broken Arrow; two sisters, Janell Trammell of Marlow and Judy Kingery of Broken Arrow; two nephews, Darrell Willoughby and Bryan Kingery; three great-nephews, Jason and Jeremy Willoughby and Bryan Kingery and one great-niece, Chloe Kingery.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Barbara and brother-in-law.
