LOU FLEMING

ADA-Graveside services for Emma Lou Muse Fleming, 79, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Carol Reich will officiate. The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fleming died Saturday, February 23, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born August 29, 1928 at Allen, Oklahoma to Edgar and Carrie Gilmore Muse. She graduated from Allen High School and attended East Central University. She and her husband moved back to the Ada area from Wetumka in 1978.

She married Raymond Gerald "Hook" Fleming. He died on April 13, 1997. She was a homemaker and a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Mike Fleming and his wife Becky, Ada, and Jerry Fleming, Ada; four sisters, Lynne Kelly, Winston-Salem, NC, Mary Alice Rochette and her husband Joe, Brighton, MI, Edwina Braxton, Ada, and Vermell Yoakum and her husband Mack, Corpus Christi, TX; an aunt, Lucille Watson, Allen; two grandsons, Phillip Fleming and wife Summer, San Antonio, TX and Wesley Fleming and wife Ann, San Antonio, TX; a great granddaughter, Kylie Fleming; a great grandson, Hunter Fleming; and several nieces and nephews.

Bearers are Jerry Fleming, Mike Fleming, Glen Braxton, Carter Braxton, Phillip Fleming and Wesley Fleming.

The family says those who wish may make memorials to Alpha 1 Foundation, 2937 SW 27th Ave., Ste. 302, Miami, Florida, 33133.
