KAYE TREADWAY
ADA-Services for Eleanora Kaye Treadway, 78, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Carl Hayes will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Treadway died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born December 31, 1932 in Ada, Oklahoma to William Eirlet and Sarah Elizabeth Roberts Buckelew.
She married Jimmie Joe Treadway on February 15, 1957. He preceded her in death on February 19, 1989. Mrs. Treadway was formerly the Activity Director at the Aldridge Building in Ada. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Trinity Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include three children, Bill Treadway and his wife Nina, Mansfield, Texas, Brenda Williams and husband Kennith, Latta, and Jaylene Pipkin and husband Michael, Waco, Texas; a brother, Clyde T. Buckelew and his wife Jean, Upland, CA; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a granddaughter, Chanda Ward.
Bearers will be her grandsons, Joe Williams, Brandon Williams, Jimmy Treadway, Scott Treadway, Casey Treadway, Kurtis Gerath and J. J. Exum.
