CENTRAHOMA-Graveside services for Effie Leann Blevins Johnston, 44, Centrahoma, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Centrahoma Cemetery, Bob Graham will officiate.
Ms. Johnston died Monday, March 24, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born January 30, 1964 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Floyd and Linda Humphrey Blevins. She lived all her life in the Centrahoma area and attended Centrahoma and Tupelo schools.
Ms. Johnston was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Blevins, Centrahoma; a daughter, Tara Johnston, Lawton; two sons, Tim Johnston, Carney, and Chad Johnston, Carney; a sister, LaSandra Johnston and husband Royce; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Blevins, her grandparents, Willie and Effie Blevins, and Paul and Ruby Humphrey, a sister, Melody Blevins, and two brothers, Floyd Blevins, Jr., and Eldon Blevins.
