Obituary

ADA-Services for Edna Grace Stallings, 83, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd Kaiser officiating. Burial will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Stallings died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at her home. She was born Dec. 23, 1929, to Herbert and Grace Baugh Crooks at Cleburn, Texas. She moved to Lawrence as a child and attended Lawrence and Fitzhugh Schools where she played basketball. She graduated from Fitzhugh High School. Mrs. Stallings was employed at Bryan's Corner Drug many years and was a member at Southwest Church of Christ.
She and J.B. Stallings were married Oct. 31, 1974. He died Sept. 30, 2004.
Survivors include five children, Vicki Godwin and husband Tracy, Ada, Jana Williams, Norman, Barbara Stallings, Norman, Karla Dale, Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Debbie Andrews and husband Tommy, Norman; one brother, Joe Crooks, Milwaukie, Oregon; 10 grandchildren, Jake Godwin, Ada, Kelli and Travis Brown, Shawnee, Shane and Angie Williams, Norman, Mitzi Nahaku, Hawaii, Alex and Tammi Stallings, Tulsa, Angie and David Carraway, The Woodlands, Texas, Kelli and Branson Marburger, Bethany, Kristi and Darren Clinton, Ada, Casey and Richie Luster, Norman and Kevin and Barbara Andrews, Ada; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a dear friend, Ernestine Eubanks. She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Larry Stallings; her parents; and six brothers and sisters.
Bearers will be Wendell Godwin, Ben Godwin, Mark Miller, Travis Brown and Gary Ligon. Grandsons are honorary bearers.
