Edith Reynolds

Services for Edith Faye Reynolds, 99, of Ada, formerly of Allen are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Buddy Drake will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Reynolds passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at an Ada assisted living center. She was born May 8, 1919 at Francis to Andrew and Lillie Akins Bryant.

She married Dewey E. Reynolds June 1, 1940. He preceded her in death December 29, 2001. Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker and a member of Richmond Free Will Baptist Church in Allen.

Survivors include two sons, Wendell Reynolds and Lewis Reynolds, both of Allen; a daughter, Lavanda Rose of Tuttle; a brother, Carrel Bryant of Francis; her grandchildren, Lisa Reynolds, Danette Lawson, Kerry Reynolds, Vicky Brogdon, Michael Rose, Carl Rose and Shawn Rose; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two sisters, Helen Ward and Onita Goodell.
