ADA-Services for James Edward "Eddie" Tatum, 46, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Center Free Will Baptist Church, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. Burial will follow at Egypt Cemetery.
Mr. Tatum died Monday, November 30, 2009 at Oil Center, Oklahoma. He was born February 10, 1963 at Ada, Oklahoma to J. T. and Verna Louise McAnally Tatum. Mr. Tatum was a roofer for Tatum Hot Roofing and he was of the Free Will Baptist faith.
Survivors include a son, Chad Tatum and girlfriend, Stormy Brown, Pickett; three daughters, Nichole Arthur and husband Chris, Stonewall, Destiny Tatum, Stratford, and Brittany Tatum, Stratford; one grandchild, Zayne Arthur; his mother, Verna Louise Tatum, Ada; two brothers, Jessie Tatum and wife Marsha, Ada, and Mike Tatum and wife Susan, Ada; a sister, Patti Hill and husband Mark, Fitzhugh; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, J. T. Tatum on November 19, 2007, an infant brother, Ricky Gene Tatum, and two nephews, J. J. Tatum and David Hill.
Bearers will be Chad Tatum, Jesse Tatum, Rowdy Hill, Cody Tatum, Jimmy Tatum Jr., and Mike Tatum.
