EBAL MCDONALD

ALLEN-Services for Ebal M. McDonald, 101, Allen, are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Allen, Rev. Chad Kaminski and James McDonald will officiate. Burial will follow at Konawa Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Allen Chapel from 3:00 p.m. Wednesday until service time.

Mrs. McDonald died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at her home. She was born April 8, 1907 at Ada Valley, Arkansas to John Smith and Mary Jane Dorch Young. She attended school in Arkansas and lived in the Allen area most of her adult life.

She married James Holland McDonald on December 24, 1925 at Morrilton, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on December 31, 1992. Mrs. McDonald was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Allen.

Survivors include two daughters, Joy Anderson, Allen, and June Albright and husband Joe, Sulphur; one son, James McDonald and wife Jeanie, Stillwater; six grandchildren, Craig Anderson, Allen, TX, Todd Albright, Carrollton, TX, Ty Albright, Carrollton, TX, Tawn Albright, Nashville, TN, Jay McDonald, Laguna Beach, CA, and Sarah Jane Ehrlich, Stillwater; and eleven great grandchildren, Brooke Anderson DesRochers, Ashley Anderson, Alyssa Anderson, Carson Albright, J. T. Albright Jr., Quinn Albright, Lara Albright, Garrett Albright, Alix Albright, Owen Albright, and Osker Ehrlich.

Bearers will be her six grandchildren, Craig Anderson, Todd Albright, Ty Albright, Tawn Albright, Jay McDonald, Sarah Jane Ehrlich, and Jacob Ehrlich. Honorary bearers will be her great grandchildren, Brooke, Ashley, Alyssa, Carson, J. T. Jr., Quinn, Lara, Garrett, Alix, Owen and Osker.
