Dorothy Lovin

Graveside services for Dorothy Wilma (Magar) Lovin, 92, of Konawa are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 at McGee Cemetery in Stratford, Rev. Donna Gustin will officiate.

Mrs. Lovin passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Parkland Manor Living Center in Prague. She was born February 4, 1926 at Oil Center to James Riley and Ida Grace Palmer Magar.

She married first Hobert Lee Francis (Toots) Roberts on September 16, 1944 at Oil Center. He preceded her in death January 17, 1946. She then married Clyde V. Lovin July 11, 1952 at Ada. He preceded her in death May 17, 2005.

Dorothy moved to Konawa about 1979 where she worked in the Konawa Schools cafeteria until her retirement.

Survivors include one son, Carl Roberts and wife Donna, Shawnee; two daughters, Bobbie Sue Bridgewood, Tulsa and Donna Lou Lovin, Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Ruth (Magar) Tucker; one brother, Ray Magar; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands; and nine brothers and sisters.
