ROFF-Services for Dorothy Carmen Etchieson, 83, Roff, are 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Gene Teel will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff.
Mrs. Etchieson died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born December 9, 1927 at Carnegie, Oklahoma to Everett and Era Roxie Willis York. She and her family moved to Roff in 1941 from Washita, Oklahoma.
She married Richard Etchieson in 1943. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2009. Mrs. Etchieson was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Richard Earl Etchieson, Roff; one sister, Nova Ivey, Roff; two brothers, Bill York and his wife Geletta, Oklahoma City, and Peyton York and his wife Jo, Oklahoma City; and several nieces and nephews.
