Dorothy Ann Coalson

Dorothy Ann Coalson, 91, long term resident of Arvada, CO, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in Ada, OK. She was born July 10, 1935, in Carlsbad, NM, to Luther and Julia Dryden Nelson.

Survivors include her two sons, Brett Coalson and wife, Phyllis, of Round Rock, TX, and Jeff Coalson and wife, Jennifer, of Aurora, CO; one daughter, Gina Bartlow and husband, Terry, of Ada; grandchildren, Jaci King, Nia Harrison, Haleigh Coalson, Emily Rodvold and husband, John, and David Coalson; and great grandchildren, Waylon Harrison, Kyler Harrison, Baker Harrison, Finley King, Cole Rodvold, and Cameron Rodvold.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Lester Nelson, Bill Nelson, L.V. Nelson, and Johnny Nelson.

Graveside memorial service will be held, at a later date, in Mineral Wells, TX at Bethesda Cemetery.
