ROFF-Services for Donnie Joe Walls, 65, Roff, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Tony Folger will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.
Mr. Walls died Saturday, January 7, 2012 at an Ardmore hospital. He was born July 1, 1946 in Ada, Oklahoma to Harold B. and Bonnie Simmons Walls. He lived in this area all his life and attended Roff schools.
He married Mickey Harrison on December 26, 1972 in Gainesville, Texas. Mr. Walls served as a volunteer fire fighter for the Roff Volunteer Fire Department and had served in the U. S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mickey Walls, of the home; three daughters, Sherri Fox of Ada, Brenda Stacy of Pineville, LA, and Misty Eldred and her husband Jeff of Roff; 14 grandchildren; and a sister, Harlene Arter of Kennedale, TX.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Walls; two sisters; and a son-in-law, Gary Fox.
Bearers will be his grandsons, Tagan Eldred, Tanton Eldred, Brendan Walls, Stetson Bowerman, Daulton Fox, Hunter Fox, and Taner Fox.
