DONNA SOWARD-MCRANEY
ADA-Services for Donna F. Soward-McRaney, 68, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Oil Center Pentecostal Holiness Church, Revs. Glen Eaves and Nathan Cowen will officiate. Burial will follow at Maxwell Cemetery.
Ms. McRaney died Saturday, October 12, 2013 at a Norman hospital. She was born May 21, 1945 in Ada, Oklahoma to Johnnie V. Soward and Lorene Geraldine Summers Soward. She attended Washington Grade School in Ada and graduated from Ada High School in 1964.
Ms. McRaney was a houseparent at McCall's Chapel and of the Baptist faith. She was an University of Oklahoma football fan and loved cats.
Survivors include a brother, Mickey Soward and his wife Sherri of Ada; and a niece, Lacy Grammer and her husband Cody of Ada.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Bearers will be Mickey Soward, Cody Grammer, Roger Fowler, Danny Pierce and Larry Rutledge.
