Donnie Blankenship, II

Services for Donald Ray "Donnie" Blankenship, II, 46 of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Charles Dial will officiate. Burial will follow at McGee Cemetery at Stratford.

Mr. Blankenship passed away Friday, May 18, 2018 at a local hospital. He was born September 20, 1971 at Pauls Valley to Donald "Buddy" Blankenship and Gail Adams Blankenship. He attended Wilson and Vanoss grade schools and graduated from Vanoss High School.

He married Karen Ezell December 8, 2005 at Pauls Valley. Mr. Blankenship was a truck driver.

Survivors include his mother, Gail Blankenship; his wife, Karen, of the home; a daughter, Brittany Blevins and husband Kolby; a son, Blake Blankenship; step-daughters, Rayne Luke, Diane Gustafson and husband Matt and Kelli Loper and husband Travis; and four grandchildren, Sydney, Caden, Carlee and Tayler.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald "Buddy" Blankenship; sister, Darla Coffee; grandparents, Helen and Louie Adams and Herman and Lois Blankenship; and an uncle, Larry Adams.

Bearers will be Blake Blankenship, Kolby Blevins, Travis Loper, Wes Fore, Matt Gustafson and Shane Horton. Honorary bearers will be Shawn Horton, Rick Parsley and Caden Gustafson.
