Diane Bond

A Memorial Mass for Diane Emma (Eddy) Bond, 79, of Byng will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church followed by visitation for family and friends at the church.

Mrs. Bond passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at her home. She was born September 20, 1940 at Utica, NY to Kenneth and Doris Curtis Eddy. She attended school in Utica, NY.

Diane married George Loyd Bond. He preceded her in death in 1995. Mr. and Mrs. Bond moved to Ada after he retired from the Air Force in 1973. Diane was co-owner of Ada Security Patrol Service, Inc. and retired in 1998. Diane was a member of the Ada Chamber of Commerce, the Red Hat Club and the American Legion Riders. She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her children, Dean Richard Bond and wife Judy, Tuttle, Pamela Bond Allred, Byng, and a step-son, Vincent Loyd Bond and wife Deasha; brother, Jay Sarles Eddy, Clarksville, NY; her grandchildren, Jeremy Scott Bond and wife Erika, Moore, D'Arcy Lanette Bond, Byng, Steven Bond, Travis Bond and wife Cassandra, Elk City, Nathen Bond, Megan Adams and husband Jeremiah, Ada, Sheldon Loyd Bond and wife Lindsey, Ada, T. J. Horton, Tulsa, Rhonda Horton, TX, Kory Scroggins, Bellingham, WA and Shenna Scroggins Todhunter, Bow, WA; her great-grandchildren, Rivers Bond, Kayden James Bond, Khloe Lynn Bond, Kyen Lane Bond, Daemon Bond and Jason Bond.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dale Curtis Eddy; husband, George Loyd Bond; son, Sheldon Zane Bond; and two step-daughters, Debbie Kay Horton and Sherry Michelle Shelly.
