OWL CREEK-Services for Diana Sue McNeill, 63, Owl Creek, are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Lovelady Baptist Church, Revs. Tony Peak and Joe Howry will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall.
Mrs. McNeill died Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at her home. She was born August 31, 1945 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jim and Doris Turner Townsend. She attended Stonewall schools, graduated from Stonewall High School and attended beauty college.
She married Tommy McNeill on May 22, 1965. Mrs. McNeill was a beautician and homemaker and a member of Lovelady Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy McNeill, of the home; two daughters, Tammie Stone and husband Richard, Vanoss, and Kara McDaniel and husband Jackie, Stonewall; a sister, Marsha Whittington and husband Curtis, Ada; four grandchildren, Caleb Stone, Nathan Stone, Kody McDaniel and Jacie McDaniel; and cousins, Sammy Townsend and wife Mary, Sharon Zack and David Jackson and wife Denise.
Bearers will be Truman Teel, Sammy Townsend, Don Teel, Frank Jared, Bill Snyder, and A. G. Sanders. Honorary bearers will be David Jackson, Chris Harrison, Alan Ogles, Wayne Scroggins, Curtis Whittington and Charles Richmond.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Diabetes or Heart Research, 825 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104-5097.
