Derrick Seeley

Services for Derrick Zane Seeley, 40, of Stonewall are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Randy Wade will officiate. Burial will follow at Pontotoc Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Derrick passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018. He was born November 23, 1977 at Ada to Bernie and Velma M. Wilson Seeley. He graduated from McLish High School and attended Murray State College and Pontotoc Vo-Tech.

Survivors include his parents, Bernie and Velma Seeley of Pontotoc; two brothers, Joey Seeley and wife Ronda of Oil Center and Justin Seeley and wife Jennifer of Ada; a nephew who was raised as a brother, Weston; a niece who was raised as a sister, Shelby; other nieces and nephews, Jasmine, Jessica, Kasey and C. J.; a great-niece, A. J.; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Alonzo and Irene Seeley; and maternal grandparents, Opal Pickens and Zeke Wilson.

Bearers will be Stonie Arterberry, Daniel Cardinalle, Matt Elmore, Shannon Barrett, Watson Wagon and Scott Elmore. Honorary bearers will be the Chickasaw Nation I. T. Service Desk employees.
