DENNIS PENDLETON
TUPELO-Services for Dennis Wayne Pendleton, 57, Tupelo, are 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Larry Masters will officiate.
Mr. Pendleton died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at a Coalgate hospital. He was born December 18, 1952 at Ada, Oklahoma to Haskell Durward and Lucille Oliver Pendleton. He graduated from Latta High School in 1971 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University in 1998.
He married Amanda Lorene Canida on June 16, 1999 at Olney, Oklahoma. Mr. Pendleton was previously a forklift operator for Brockway Glass Co. and an avid fan of children's sporting events. He served in the National Guard for several years and he was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda Pendleton, of the home; two daughters, Ashley Reneé Pendleton, Ada, and Madalyn Denise Pendleton, of the home; a son, Blake Austin Pendleton, of the home; a grandson, Ryan Campbell, Ada; one sister, Jo Carolyn Chronister, Ada; a brother, Larry Pendleton, Shawnee; his father-in-law, Jerry Canida, Tupelo; and two sisters-in-law, Melesa Parker, Tupelo, and Tina Bryant and her husband Ralph, Fletcher, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ronald Pendleton, and a brother-in-law, Eddie Lee Parker.
Honorary bearers will be David Leland, Tommy Griffin, Ralph Bryant, Brad Pendleton, Scott Chronister and John Allen.
