Debra Fullingim's Obituary
Debra Oneta Fullingim, 69, of Ada passed away Monday, March 7, 2022 in Ada, OK. She was born August 2, 1952 in Ada to Floyd and Emma Jean Lantz Fullingim.
Survivors are Jason Carter; two brothers, Bill and Gary Fullingim; two sisters, Diana Countryman and Becky McHenry; and two grandchildren that she raised, Jason Buck and Destiny Carter.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Jimmy and Herman Fullingim.
