Doodle Willis

The family will hold a service at a later date for David Wayne "Doodle" Willis, 45, of Ada.

Mr. Willis died Monday April 22, 2019 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born March 23, 1974 in Belen, NM to Albert Elmer and Evelina Lou Scott Willis.

He had been employed by McCurdy Backhoe Service.

Survivors include five sons, Levi Willis of Holdenville, Jonathan Willis of Wewoka, Wyatt Willis of Holdenville, Tanner Willis of Oklahoma City and Colton Willis of Branson, MO; three grandchildren, Aubrey Wills, Kiser Willis and Jaxon Willis; five sisters, Shirley Henderson of Ada, Peggy Willis, Sheila Willis, Bonnie Willis and Dale Wills; six brothers, Steve Wills, Michael Willis, Troy Willis, Kenneth Willis and wife Trisha, Audie Willis and Duckie Willis; a niece, Heather Dawn Willis and two nephews, Casey Sherrin and Richie Sherrin, whom he raised.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother Earnest Willis.
