David Kifer

Services for David Lynn Kifer, 61, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Bud Ross will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Kifer passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 at his home. He was born August 26, 1959 in Dallas, TX to Edmond Lee and Doris Myra Cole Kifer.

He married Sherry Rose Furrh June 9, 2001. Mr. Kifer worked in construction as a roofer. He was also a truck driver and had worked in the oilfield.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry, of the home; two daughters, Rita Faye Powers and Krystal Grissom; two sons, Michael Lynn Kifer and wife Noel and Jonathan Lee Kifer and Christina; his mother, Myra Kifer; a brother, James Robert Kifer; and his grandchildren, Gavin Powers, Colton Powers, Kinsley Kifer, Kerrigan Kifer, Kharis Kifer, Elizabeth Kifer, Jacob Kifer, Dakota Grissom and Colby Grissom.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edmond Lee Kifer; and two brothers, Roy Edmond Kifer and Harold Wade Kifer.

Bearers will be Jonathan Kifer, Dakota Grissom, Michael Kifer, Aaron Grissom and Gary Nowlin.
