DAVID CUMMINGS
CANADIAN-Graveside services for David Phillip Cummings, 65, of Canadian Oklahoma, formerly of Allen, are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Allen Cemetery, Rev. Buddy Drake will officiate. Family and friends may call at the Criswell Chapel in Allen from 4:00 p.m. Friday until service time.
Mr. Cummings died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at his home. He was born November 23, 1947 in Ada, Oklahoma to Ray and Helen Crabtree Cummings. He attended schools in Allen and Oklahoma City.
Mr. Cummings served in Vietnam as a medic. He received the purple heart.
Survivors include a son, Daniel Cummings of Allen; and an Aunt, Eva Crabtree of Allen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, John Cummings & Kenneth Cummings.
Bearers will be Randy Whelan, Mike Lumrey, Mark Thomas, James Brown, Bimbo, and Cecil Russell.
