Services for Dava Lea Sanders, 56, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2026 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Her cousin, Joe Nemecek will officiate.

Mrs. Sanders passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026 in Wichita Falls, TX. She was born December 4, 1969 at Ada, Oklahoma to Willis Lee and Judith Ann Jamar Wofford.

She married Michael Dewayne Sanders May 9, 2009 at Ada. Mrs. Sanders worked for McCall’s Chapel School.

Survivors include her husband, Michael, of the home; her mother, Judith Wofford of Wichita Falls, TX; a sister, Cori Mataska and husband Himey of Wichita Falls, TX; her nieces, Raeley Hilton and husband Kade of Henrietta, TX, Bekah Mataska of Wichita Falls, TX and Brook Palovik of Bethany, OK; a great-nephew, Sy Tellone; and other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, Albert and Janie Jamar; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Wilma Wofford; and an uncle, Randall Jamar.
