Services for Darlene Meeks, 65, of Cyril, OK are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Randy Wade will officiate.  Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery.

Mrs. Meeks passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 in Purcell, OK.  She was born January 4, 1957 in Talihina, OK to Austin and Celia Johnson Alexander.

She is survived by one son, Russell Eckiwaudah, of Cyril, OK; two daughters, Sena Eckiwaudah, of Fountain Valley, Ca and Krista Brown, of Bartlesville, OK; one brother, Bill Alexander, of Amber, OK; three sisters, Louise Marrs, of Connerville, OK, Dolores Alexander, of Midwest City, OK and Irene Banks, of Ada, OK; eight grandchildren, Tennyson Tonips, Felicity Eckiwaudah, Precious Eckiwaudah, Emerson Eckiwaudah, Abigail Collett, Emery, Dawnitta and Sierra; and one great grandchild, Nehemiah Eckiwaudah.

Mrs. Meeks was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Donald Eckiwaudah and Raymond Meeks.

Bearers are Tennyson Tonips, Michael Markcum, Ricky Walker, Emerson Eckiwaudah, Dondi Alexander and Herman Walker.
