DAISY ROYSTER

ADA-Services for Daisy Belle Royster, 92, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate. Burial will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Royster died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born December 15, 1915 at Rusk, Texas to Sion and Ethna Grammar McCrary. She attended Cisco, Texas school.

She married Troy O'Dell Royster on November 10, 1933 at McAlester, Oklahoma. He died in 1985. Mrs. Royster was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Royster moved to Ada in 1990 from Coalgate.

Survivors include a daughter, Darla Jean Carter, Wynnewood; a son, Kenneth Wendell Royster, Thayer, Missouri; grandchildren, Charles David Roberts and wife Lynda, Fitzhugh, Tonya Dianne Holler and husband Clint, Owasso, Kenneth Wendell Royster, Jr., and wife Alayne, Wylie, Texas, Kimberly Ragsdale and husband Monte, Mammoth Springs, Arkansas, Arnold Ray Royster, Jr., Stroud, Michael T. Royster, McLoud, Michela Cook, Ponca City, OK, and Brenda Morris and husband Wayne, Modesto, California; great grandchildren, Ethan, Holly, and Jamie Royster, Michael Troy Roberts, Megan Lynn Roberts, C. J. Holler, Lindsey and Peter Vandervort, Emma Rose Ragsdale, Reece Ragsdale, Michelle, Christina, and Brian Morris; two sister-in-laws, Rosalee Abney, Calvin, and Ruby Abney, Allen; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Arnold Ray Royster, two sisters, Ola Mae Pierce, and Juanita Barnett, and two brothers, Clifford McCrary, and Wayne McCrary.

Bearers will be Charles Roberts, Michael Roberts, Clint Holler, C. J. Holler, Kenneth Royster, Jr., and Ethan Royster.
