Services for Cyreal Lavern Farmer, 89 of Sulphur are 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2022 at Sulphur Pentecostal Holiness Church, Rev. Martin Gustin and Rev. Lance Bonner will officiate.  Burial will follow at Hickory Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25 at Criswell Funeral Home in Ada.

Mr. Farmer passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 in Davis, OK.  He was born February 26, 1933 in Gaar Corner, OK to Willie Lee and Emma Rosetta Reed Farmer.

Lavern as he was better known as managed the Lazy B Ranch, North of Sulphur for 21 years.  Then he drove a propane truck for Harden Propane for 17 years.  But what he was most proud of was that he had just received his 50-year pin for being a Pentecostal Holiness Preacher.  He pastured the Roff Pentecostal Holiness Church for many years.  Lavern and Cecilia had many foster children through the years and they were Children's Church Ministers for many years.  Lavern loved his grandsons and dearly loved his great granddaughters which he kept pictures of in his shirt pocket and was more than happy to show them to you.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Vickie Farmer; grandson and wife, Aaron and Tiffany Farmer; grandson, Josh Farmer; 3 great granddaughters, Alexis, Aliyah and Aizyah Farmer; one sister, Janie Roach, of Groosebeck, TX; one special granddaughter, Tera Grindstead and children; four step grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren.

Mr. Farmer was preceded in death by his wife, Cecilia Farmer; daughter-in-law, Becky Farmer; six brothers and four sisters.

Bearers are Jerry Lancaster, Jr., Jeff Meeks, Stephen Dryden, David Woods, Darrell Villines and David Norton.
