COYE ANN FLINN
FITTSTOWN-Services for Coye Ann Uhlich Flinn, 69, Fittstown, are 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, Rev. Roland Barrick officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Flinn died on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born March 28, 1940, in Tupelo to Harold Coy "Jack" and Mildred Georgia Knight Uhlich. She graduated from McLish High School and attended East Central University for 3 years. She retired in December 2003 as Postmaster at the U. S. Post Office in Fittstown. She attended the Fittstown United Methodist Church and was an avid traveler and loved dancing and cooking.
She married Eldon Flinn on August 12, 1960.
Survivors include her husband, Eldon, of the home; three sons, Lyndon Flinn and wife Kelly, Fittstown; Randal Flinn, Fittstown; and Jason Flinn and wife Anne Nicole, Springfield, Kentucky; two brothers, Harold Uhlich and wife Dorothy, Fittstown; and Don Uhlich and wife Polly, Fittstown; four grandchildren, Lyndie Jo Yerby, Jordan Monetathchi, Eli Flinn and Seth Flinn; and one great grandchild, Brynlee Jo Yerby.
Bearers are Bill Johnson, Laurin Patton, Delton Uhlich, Sonny Knight, Mike Littrell and David Raper.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Cancer Research, 825 NE 13th, Oklahoma City, OK73104-5097.
