ALLEN-Services for Connie Rebecca Nichols, 39, Allen, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Allen Church of God of Prophecy, Rev. Ed Rutherford will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Francis. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. Tuesday until service time at the Allen Chapel.
Mrs. Nichols died Friday, November 11, 2011 at her home. She was born February 8, 1972 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Lawrence Gale and Virginia May Knighten. She lived in the Allen area all her life and attended Allen schools.
She married Kevin Nichols on November 11, 1989 in Allen. Mrs. Nichols was a homemaker and attended Allen Church of God of Prophecy. She loved her family and was always helping other people.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Nichols, of the home; two daughters, Courtney Nichols and Saylee Nichols; two sons, Jonathan Nichols and Chastin Nichols; her parents, Gale and Virginia Knighten; a sister, Kandi Harper and her husband Merral; and a brother, Windale Knighten and his wife Cassie; nieces, Tiffany Cooper, Felicia Knighten, Tiffani Coker, Marah Knighten and Taylor Powell; her nephews, Josh Knighten, Austin Harper, Waylon Knighten, Tad Alford, Mathew Harper, David Coker and Wyatt George; great niece, Brailynn Alford and Jasmine Harper; great nephews, Taygen Knighten, Rylan Coker and Jaxx Coker; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bearers will be Chastin Nichols, Jonathan Nichols, Josh Knighten, Tad Alford, Levi Howard and Isaac Hammons. Honorary bearers will be Kevin Nichols, Tommy Poplin, Merral Harper, Austin Harper and Jimmy Knighten.
