NORMAN-Services for Clifford Andy May, 69, of Norman are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate. Burial will follow at the Allen Cemetery.
Mr. May died Monday, January 16, 2012 at a Norman hospital. He was born May 26, 1942 in Gerty, Oklahoma to Clifford Franklin and Henryetta Jane Carter May. He attended school in California.
Mr. May worked for General Motors in Oklahoma City as an assembler until his retirement and had served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his wife Doris May of Gainesville, TX; his children, Kimberly May of Norman, Gary May and his wife Darla of Holdenville, and Michael May of Chandler, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; two brothers, Roy May of Allen and Donnie May of Gerty; and two sisters, Nancy Poplin of Del City, and Ginger Knighten of Allen.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Cora Eva Cox, Darlene Cash and Linda Howard; and a brother, Frankie May.
Bearers will be his grandsons, Derek May, T. J. Wofford, Jacob May, Zachary Bolding, Trevor Bolding and Zac Collins. Honorary bearers are William Inman, Amber Collins, Andrea Wofford, Lori Wofford, Allyson May and Sara May.
