TESSIE JONES
ADA-Services for Clestine "Tessie" Jones, 63, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery in Byng.
Mrs. Jones died Saturday, November 26, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born February 25, 1948 in Hall County, Texas to Fred and Bessie Cape Pierce. She graduated from Vanoss High School and lived in this area most of her life.
Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Janet Neel and her husband Jimmy of Ada, and Bobbie Stilwell and her husband Ricky of Ada; four grandchildren, Tessa Neel and Taylor Kerr of Stonewall, Allison Neel and Andrew Moore of Ada, Kelly Stilwell, and Nicholas Neel; one great grandchild, Hunter Moore; one sister, Ethaleen Hurley and her husband Albert of Ada; and four brothers, Donnie Pierce, Newcastle, TX, Bennie Pierce, Romulus, Cecil Pierce and wife Betty of Tennessee, and Kenneth Pierce of Ada.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie Clestinea Cape Pierce and Fred Pierce; her husband, Dennis Jones of Ada; and one sister, Barbara Wilson of Allen.
Bearers will be Jimmy Neel, Andrew Moore, Taylor Kerr, Johnny Horton, Donnie Pierce Jr., and Charles Pierce.
