Services for Christopher Edward Christian, 49, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 22 at H2O Church in Ada. The service will be officiated by Jamie Perry, Mark Waggoner and Scott Miller. The family will receive friends and share memories from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 21 at Criswell Funeral Home.

Christopher Edward Christian passed away Friday, April 19 at home. Chris was born June 7, 1974 to Charles Edward Christian and Josie Lynn Bryant Christian in Ada. He graduated from Byng High School in 1992. He attended East Central University and was a member of the Sig Tau Fraternity.

Chris had a life-long love for fishing and hunting. As a boy he was involved in Boy Scouts and Little League Baseball. In highschool he was active in FFA, showing steers and pigs, earning his State FFA Degree.

Chris had a son, Caleb Christian, in whom he took great pride. Chris went on to work for and manage Mazzio's over a 20 year time span. He then began a career at the Ada Tag Agency in 2006 to present. Chris exuded a warm, friendly presence and had a genuine heart to serve others. He was a true encourager who could always put a smile on your face. He was deeply loved by so many-everyone who had the privilege of knowing him cherished him dearly.

He is survived by a son, Caleb Christian of Tecumseh; a sister, Holly, and husband, Bryant Redwine; a brother, Zac, and wife Callie Christian, all of Ada; nieces and nephews, Austin Britton, Ahna and Halston Redwine, Ayden, Cate, Cullen, Charli and Jack Christian; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, grandparents, Ed and Marie Christian and Robert and Bessie Bryant.

Honorary Pallbearers are Colin Thompson, Jason Christian, Beau Christian, Cheyenne Christian, Jeremiah Shockley, David Bryant, Dirk Bryant and Pete Bryant.
