ADA-Services for Charlotte Elizebeth Milligan Carpenter, 57, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Bob Langston will officiate.

Mrs. Carpenter died Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at a local hospital. She was born April 6, 1957 in Ada, Oklahoma. She graduated from high school in Westminster, California and received a Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University.

She married Paul Randall Carpenter on December 27, 2001 at Happyland. Mrs. Carpenter was a job coach for New Horizons and had previously been a counselor for the Chickasaw Nation and Mental Health Services.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Carpenter, of the home; a son, Dustin Paul Milligan Mater of Ada; daughter, Taloa Rose Foster of Shawnee; her grandchildren, Jadyn Elizebeth Ann Foster, Shawnee, Sophie Elizebeth Mater of Ada, twin grandsons, Jackson Black Leto Foster and Jentezen Paul Alexander Foster of Shawnee, and Hawk Illetewahke Abdurahman Mater of Ada; a sister, Betsy Childs of Ada; and five brothers, Leslie Milligan of Garden Grove, CA, Greg Milligan of Los Angeles, CA, Freddy Cooper of Tahlequah, Jerrold Kenton May of Ada, and Clark May of Ada.

She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Betty Dodd; and her parents, Paul and Loretta Milligan.
