Charles Albert Foster, Jr.
Services for Charles Albert Foster, Jr., 92, of Roff will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Father Jarek and Deacon Dennis Fine will officiate.
Mr. Foster passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in Sulphur. He was born November 26, 1932, in Philadelphia, PA to Charles Albert Foster, Sr. and Catherine Henders Foster.
On March 14, 1969, he married Rosemary Elizabeth Nazarian. Mr. Foster honorably served his country and community throughout a lifetime dedicated to service. A proud veteran of the Korean War from 1951 to 1952, he served in the United States Marine Corps and continued his military career with distinction for a total of ten years. Following his time in the Marines, Mr. Foster served with the City of Vernon Police Department for ten years, demonstrating his deep commitment to protecting and serving others. He later continued his service to the nation in food services for the National Guard and the U.S. Army for 21 years, supporting countless men and women in uniform. His distinguished career concluded with six years of dedicated service at the Pentagon. Mr. Foster's lifelong devotion to duty, discipline, and his fellow citizens leaves a lasting legacy of honor and integrity.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary, of the home; son, Chuck Foster, Rantoul, IL; two daughters, Catherine Geisinger of Roff and Sandi Chandler and husband Zach of Roff; grandchildren, Cammie Dicolla of California, Ashlie Adams of Indiana, Chris Foster of Illinois, Samantha Varble of Illinois, Sarah Dober of Illinois, Tabitha Angus of Tennessee, Taylor Paasch and wife Eryn of Hawaii, Loryn Sweet and husband Daniel of Wynnewood, Marissa Bowden and husband Chance of Duncan, Ashlie Crawford and husband Clay of Roff, Cameron Palmer of Washington, and Jacob Palmer of Washington; numerous great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Chris Foster; son, Matthew Foster; and daughter, Caren Foster.
