CHUCK DLUGONSKI

ADA-Services for Charles William "Chuck" Dlugonski, 60, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Bob Payne will officiate. A Committal service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Broken Bow Cemetery.

Chuck died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at a local hospital. He was born April 7, 1948 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Leslie Joe William and Mary Enod Ward Dlugonski. He graduated from Broken Bow High School and later the University of Oklahoma School of Pharmacy in 1974.

He married Angie Bean September 2, 1967 in Broken Bow. He and his family moved to this area in September 1977 from Midwest City. Chuck was a Pharmacist at Wal-Mart and had served in the National Guard for several years.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Dlugonski, of the home; three daughters, Joei Denise Bettes and husband Jeremy, Norman, Tauna Kaye Fisher and husband Jonathan, Chickasha, and Shauna Rahe Deaton and husband Mitch, Ada; five grandchildren, Kacey Lee Grissom, Nicole Deaton, Ali "Critter" Fisher, Charlee Coffman, and Tyler Bettes.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bearers will be Paul West, Eric Winegardner, Brent Brown, Robert Hurst, Dr. T. J. Johnston, Wess Bennett, John Bennett, and Chris Nickell.
