Services for Charles David Bryant, age 81, are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 14 ^th , 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Zac Christian will officiate.  Family and friends may call at Criswell Funeral Home Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  David left to be with the lord on July 10 ^th , 2021. He was born August 27 ^th , 1939 at his home in Ada, OK to Robert Bryant and Bessie Scates-Bryant. He graduated from McClish High School in 1958. He married Judy Fowler on July 15 ^th , 1961 in Ada, OK at Oak Avenue Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Bryant, of the home; son, David Wayne Bryant and wife Pam of Ada; son, Bobby Bryant of Ada; son, Matthew Dirk Bryant of Ada; 4 grandsons, Andrew Bryant, D.J Bryant, Joshua Bryant, and Scott Bryant; 5 granddaughters, Crissy Bryant, Amanda Lopez, Jessica Bryant, Kyleigh Butler, and Katie Bryant; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Jerry Henley of Ada.

David retired from City of Ada Fire department in 1983, after 20 years of dedicated service. He went on to work another 20 years as a Millwright, where he worked many jobs along the side of his sons. David loved to fish, and was one heck of a domino player. He also greatly enjoyed being outside in his garden but most of all he loved spending time with his family and loved his wife Judy for over 60 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Bessie Bryant; brother, Don Bryant; sister, Josie Christian. Burial will follow at Denny Cemetery.
