ADA-Services for Carolyn Fox, 47, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Fox died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at her home. She was born September 4, 1964 in Ada to Leonard and Dorothy Lee Underwood Fox. She attended Latta schools and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her companion, Lisa Allen, of the home; two sisters, Mary Colbert and Vera Lee Simmons, both of Ada; 4 brothers, Larry Fox of Ada, Bob Fox of Ada, James Fox of Spaulding, Gary Fox of Ada; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Don Carmichael.
