Carole Yvonne Harden passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Carole was born on February 1, 1937, to Gladys and Andrew Wilkerson. She graduated from Barnsdall High School in 1955 and began her career in the oil and gas industry. For over 30 years she worked for Sun Oil Co. and ended her career as the District Land Manager of the Oklahoma City office. Shortly after she obtained her cosmetology license and embarked on a 15-year career as a beautician.

Carole was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched the lives of many over the course of her 87 years on earth. The love she had for her family, friends, and community was unconditional. If you were fortunate enough to know Carole, you knew what it was like to have a best friend for life.

She is survived and dearly missed by her family; daughter, Terri Reams of Ada; son, Kelly Harden and wife Della of Ada; grandchildren, Brandon and wife Amanda, Emilee, Dillon and wife Devin; great-grandchildren, Braylee, Ella, Haley, Brendan, Amelia, Madi, Weston, and Cashton; and many other loving family members and friends including her best friend, Jay Harden.

The celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15 at Stratford Methodist Church in Stratford, Oklahoma.
