CAROLE DICKERSON
ADA-Services for Carole Darlene Dickerson, 67, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Taylor will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Ms. Dickerson died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born August 10, 1944 at Fort Worth, Texas to Joe and Pauline Childress Smith. She graduated from Castleberry High School in Fort Worth.
Ms. Dickerson was a Physical Therapy Aide at Valley View Regional Hospital for 31 years and she was a member of Fitzhugh United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Joel Dickerson and his wife Kim of Broken Bow, and Alan Dickerson and his wife Kimberley of Reading, PA; a daughter, Paulette Burnett of Ada; two brothers, Earl Joe Smith and his wife Ardis of Branson, MO, and Don Smith and his wife Brenda of Sherman, TX; seven grandchildren, Kohl Dickerson; Tyler, Tiffany and Katlyne Self; and Josiah, Myka, and Madelyn Dickerson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Smith.
