Carol Ann Hembree

Services for Carol Ann Hembree, 77, formerly of Ada, are 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hembree passed away Saturday, March 28, 2026, at her daughter’s home in Alabama. She was born October 22, 1948, in Ada, to Welcome Lee and Juanita Miles Wyche.

Survivors include her children, Laura Tusek, Leia Deaton, Julie Cummings, and Ben Hembree; sister, Janis West; brothers, Dan Wyche and Michael Wyche; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John Deaton; second husband, Ben Hembree; brothers, Boudean, Norman, Lee, and Jerry; and sisters, Kay Dansby and June Beaver.
