CAROL ANN HARRISON

BYNG-Services for Carol Ann Harrison, 73, of Byng, are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Duane Topinka will officiate. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery in Byng. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Harrison died Monday, April 21, 2014 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born February 6, 1941 in Stephenville, Texas to Robert and Bennie Williams Shutter. She graduated from Stephenville, TX High School and attended East Central University in Ada.

She married Hubert Wayne Harrison. He preceded her in death on January 18, 2008. Mrs. Harrison was a homemaker and a member of the Busy Hands Quilting Club.

Survivors include two sons, Byron Wayne Harrison of Charleston, SC and Robert Dee Harrison and wife Staci Dawn of Ada; her grandchildren, Devyn Harrison and Payden Harrison, both of Ada; two sisters-in-law, Esther Harrison and Irene Harrison, both of Ada; an aunt, Dora Marie Hooper of Ft. Worth, TX; and her cousins, Barbara McCullough of Ft. Worth, TX, Alice Abbott of Ft. Worth, TX, and Herbert Hooper of Ft. Worth, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Bobby Shutter and sister, Donna Jo Ek.

Bearers will be Randy Parks, Bill Deaton, Scott Haithcock, Lyle Henderson, Ronnie McCollough and Kyle Pruitt.
