PHIL CLARK
SULPHUR-Graveside services for Carlton Phillip "Phil" Clark, 62, Sulphur, formerly of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Rosedale Cemetery, Rev. Tony Folger will officiate. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.
Mr. Clark died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at a Sulphur Veterans Center. He was born August 29, 1948 in Ada, Oklahoma to Coy F. and Frances Katherine Henson Clark. He attended Ada schools.
Mr. Clark was a carpenter by trade until his retirement. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era.
Survivors include four brothers, Bill Warren Clark and his wife Ann, Okemah, Curtis Clark, Ada, Roy "Scooter" Clark and his wife Robin, Stratford, and Troy "Buck" Clark, Ada; two sisters, Diana Clark, Ada, and Cecilia F. Hughes, Ada; 9 nieces and nephews; and 13 great nieces and great nephews.
