Services for Candace JoEll Bouska, 36, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024 at the Chickasaw Community Center; Brother Dominic Ramirez O.S.B. will officiate.

Ms. Bouska passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024 in a tragic car accident near Ada.  She was born March 26, 1988, in Carson City, Nevada to Ricky William and Cara Goforth Hallert.  Ms. Bouska earned her master's degree and was a Forensic Coordinator for the Chickasaw Nation.

Ms. Bouska was a social butterfly.  She loved reading, artwork, antiquing, and she loved Coach purses.

Survivors are her father, Ricky Hallert and wife, Diane of Lake Almanor, CA; mother, Cara Bain and husband, Neil of Sun City West, Arizona; love of her life, Russell Tacheira of McAlester, OK; grandmother, Beloved Momo, JoAnn Keenan of Ada; grandmother, Lillian Hallert of Nevada; auntie, Candy Felten and husband, Mark of Nevada; aunt, Arli Goforth of Ada; four uncles, Michael Hallert and wife Pauline of Nevada, Chris Hallert of Arkansas, Jerry Hallert and wife, Seonge of Nevada, and Chad Hallert and wife, Nisha of Nevada; cousins, Lance and Blake Keenan of Ada and Brandi Keenan and Alex of Nevada; and many more cousins and beloved dog, Cookie.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Frederick Hallert; and Papa, Jerry Keenan.
