BYRON DIXON
ADA-Services for Byron Chase Dixon, 49, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. John Haynes will officiate.
Mr. Dixon died Monday, July 28, 2014 at his home. He was born August 15, 1964 in Ft. Defiance, Arizona to Craig Dixon, Sr. and Delores Annette Little Dixon. He graduated from Ada High School and attended Vo-Tech for 2 years and obtained an electronic certification. Mr. Dixon served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include three sons, Brandon Dixon of Ada, Stephen Dixon and partner, Christie Walker of Ada and Chase Dixon of Ada; his mother, Delores (Little) Dixon of Ada; 6 grandchildren, Scarlette, Marissa, Cora, Aiden, Xia, and Caliber; two brothers, Eddie Little and Craig Dixon, both of Ada; two sisters, Donna Hendrix of Ada, and Lisa DiGann and husband John of Lago Vista, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Craig Dixon, Sr., and his step-father, Robert Read, M. D.
Honorary bearers will be Beau Hendrix, Michael Hall, Jeromy Osborne, Joe Estes and Aaron Millican.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to SARDAA (Schizophrenia and Related Disorders Alliance of America), P. O. Box 941222, Houston, TX 77094.
