Services for Brenda Lee Roberts "Shorty", 60, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home, Ellis Taylor will officiate.  Burial will follow at Boiling Springs Cemetery.  A wake will be held Sunday, November 21 from 6:00 – 8:00 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born October 13, 1961 in Talihina, OK.  She passed from this life November 17, 2021 at OU Medical Center.

Brenda is a graduate from Tupelo High School.  A veteran in the Army who served in Desert Storm.  She was an employee for the Chickasaw Nation as a supply tech for 26 years.  She loved the OU Sooners.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Ann and Francis; and step-son, Hunter Goodwin.

She is survived by her wife, Brandi Roberts; son, Landon Hodges; step-son, Aiidan Goodwin; step-daughter, June Drinnon, all of Ada; sister, Nita Taylor, of Wright City, OK; three brothers, Osborne, of Cottonwood, James, of Cromwell, Wilson, of Lula; plus, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers are Cheyenne Starns, Rick Guyton, Taylor Manuel, Amy Chronister, Clayton Cooper and Tim James.

Honorary bearers are Kyle Potter, Tanner Mitchell, Sarah Gross, and Richard Byers.
