MR. BONNIE T. ANDREWS
LEWISVILLE, TEXAS-Services for Mr. Bonnie T. "Andy" Andrews, 89, Lewisville, Texas, formerly of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Joe Dixon will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mr. Andrews died Friday, April 4, 2008 at a Lewisville, Texas hospital. He was born November 29, 1918 at Durant, Oklahoma to Aquilla and Eula Duncan Andrews.
He married Freda Mary Jane Hicks on March 27, 1936. They have been married for 72 years. Mr. Andrews was employed with Evergreen Mills for 25 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and a member and deacon of Oak Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Freda Andrews, of the home; two daughters, Janie B. Richardson, Frisco, Texas, and Bonita Jo Irving and husband J. W., Ft. Worth, Texas; two grandchildren, Wendi Jo Lehr and husband Sean, Melissa, Texas, and Brian Keith Roundtree and wife Amy, North Richland Hills, Texas; seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Joel Andrews and wife Golda, Ada.
Bearers will be Brian Roundtree, Louis Richardson, Sean Lehr, J. W. Irving, James Brown, and Joel Andrews.
