BOBBY GOULD

ADA-Services for Bobby J. Gould, 78, Ada, are 1:00 p.m. Friday at Southwest Church of Christ, Floyd Kaiser officiating. Burial will follow at Wanette Cemetery.

Mr. Gould died on Monday, December 14, 2009, at a Norman hospital. He was born January 22, 1931, in Stanford, Texas, to Howard and Izora Mayes Gould. He moved to the Ada area in 1973 from Alvin, Texas. He attended school in Ft. Worth, Texas, and graduated from Ft. Worth High School. He attended college for a short time and served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked for General Dynamics in Ft. Worth, and retired from O G & E as an electrician at the Konawa Plant. He was a member of Southwest Church of Christ.

He married Inez Hackett on October 29, 1953.

Survivors include his wife, Inez, of the home; four sons, Jerry Gould and wife June, Wanette, Oklahoma; David Gould and wife Barbara, Atlanta, Georgia; Ronny Gould and wife Donna, Eagle River, Alaska; and Brett Gould, Tulsa; 13 grandchildren, Timothy Gould, Scott Gould, Cindy Bellou, Bethany White, Amanda Adams, Jonathan Gould, Tyler Gould, Nicole Gould, Tommy Gould, Bryan Gould, and Ronny Paul Gould; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by two grandons, Jason Gould and Dustin Gould.

Bearers will be Tim Gould, Scott Gould, Bryan Gould, Tommy Gould, Ronny Paul Gould and Thomas White.
