CANANDAIGUA, NEW YORK-Services for Blake Raymond Reed, 55, of Canandaigua, NY, formerly of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Mickey Hollars will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Reed died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Canandaigua, NY. He was born October 21, 1959 in Batavia, New York to Fredrick R. and Judith Arend Reed.
Mr. Reed attended the 3rd Coast Stunt School in Dallas, TX. He lived in the Dallas area and worked as a Stunt Man until an accident. He was a member of the United Stuntman's Association.
Survivors include his mother, Judith Sibble, Ada; two brothers, Jeffrey Sibble and wife Sharon, Ada and Shawn Sibble and wife Barbara, Ada; two sons, Courtney Allan Reed, Atoka and Garret Wesley Reed, North Carolina; two daughters, Barbara Michelle Reed, Amarillo, TX and Brook Autumn Reed, Durant; several grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, James "Dusty" Sibble; his grandmother, Helen Arend; his grandfather, Arthur E. Arend; and aunt and uncle, Eddie and Pat Arend.
Bearers will be Jeff Sibble, Dusty Sibble, Justin Rebik, Shawn Sibble, Jarred Sibble and Montana Sibble.
