Billy Garrison Porter, 35, left this world unexpectedly of natural causes on July 14, 2021, at his residence in Norman, OK.  He was born December 27, 1985, in Ada, OK, the son of Billy J and Cinda (Bradley) Porter of Ada, OK.

Billy graduated from Byng HS Class of 2004.  Following graduation, he attended ECU and received his BS in Environmental Science.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings, Matthew Porter and wife Janella of Portland, OR, Bradley Porter of Los Angeles, CA, Rachael Edmundson and husband Trevor; nephews, Cooper, Conner, Collin, and niece Channing of Travis AFB, CA.

Bill was a modest, quiet, and kind gentleman.  He was quick-witted.  He could find humor in the most mundane life circumstances and was always quick with a smile.  Those who knew Bill, even just a little, lost a bit of shining light with his passing.  This gentle, loving, caring, and wonderful man was a son, little brother, big brother, and uncle.  His untimely passing has left a hole in Our hearts, and he will be sorely missed.

With his untimely passing he passes from Our hands into the hands of the Creator.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.   In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity in Bill's remembrance.
